1. When and where do I pay?

Larnakahotels.com is a unique travel website in that although we request your valid credit card details to secure your booking, we do not charge anything to your account. Payment is done directly at the hotel.
Larnakahotels.com charges only cancellation and no show fees - where applicable. For details see the appropriate policy.

2. What happens once my reservation is placed with the Larnakahotels.com ?

1) Our travel advisors will immediately contact our wholesalers with your request. Upon confirmation from our wholesalers, a reservation is then made with the hotel.

2) If not instantly, then usually within 24 hours, our travel advisors will send you a confirmation voucher detailing the reservation and the hotels' payment and/or deposit requirements.

3) This confirmation voucher can then be presented upon check-in at the hotel.

3. Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel?

The Hotel Travel Network's rates are only available through our service. If you would like to make a reservation with the hotel itself you will need to contact them directly and you will usually be charged an average of 10% to 50% more.

4. When will my booking be confirmed?

For some of the hotels we sell in Larnaka we have been allotted rooms enabling instant confirmation. This list of hotels is growing. For hotels we do not yet have allotments for and cannot instantly confirm your booking, we will contact the hotel and normally confirm your booking within 24 hours. We will notify you by e-mail the moment we receive confirmation or any changes in your booking status. Check your booking status live.

5. Are your hotel rates per room or per person?

All of our listed rates are per room, normally for either 1 or 2 persons. In the case of a 3rd or 4th guest in a room, every hotel has a different policy as to whether you will be charged for an extra bed or not. After your booking has been confirmed we will send you an invoice indicating your extra person charges.

6. What does it cost to use your hotel booking service?

There is no charge to use our service, we are sure if you do any investigating at all, that you will realize the tremendous savings our service provides.

7.How do I find and reserve a hotel ?

You may immediately book the room by clicking on the "Reservation" icon. If you would like to look at a more detailed report on the hotel and the current guaranteed rates you may click on the "Hotel Name".

The hotels we offer are in the 3-star to 5-star categories and will usually have 7 - 10 photos of important features such as the the hotel itself, guest rooms, dining and recreational facilities, etc. Important amenities/facilities are shown with icons. Any additional facilities will be listed on each hotel page.

At the bottom of every hotel page is our current rates list. These rates are guaranteed by the Larnakahotels.com. "Our Special Rate" which is per room (twin occupancy), not per person. All of our rates are listed in local currencies so you can realize the full benefit of the recent currency devaluations, please use our Currency Converter to see the equivalent value in your countries currency. Then go to our reservation form by clicking the "Reserve" Icon at any time to place a reservation.

Please fill out the booking form completely and check it to make sure the information is valid. After you submit your form you will be shown a confirmation page repeating the information you have given us. If you note any mistakes in the information please click "Back" and rectify any incorrect data. After you have then submitted the booking form an automated response will be sent to your email address indicating the state of your booking and advising you on our payment policy. Be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of your stay. If you do need to extend your stay after arrival, please contact a Larnakahotels.com office so you are not charged the hotel's full rate.

8. What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations?

We do not charge any cancellation fee for rooms that have not been confirmed. However once your room has been confirmed, you are subject to the cancellation policies detailed below.

The cancellation policy below applies to all bookings unless the hotel you have booked with has different terms and conditions to those stated below. It is in your best interests to be aware of any cancellation policies that apply and fees that you may incur as a result of a cancellation. Any policies dictated by the hotel will always take precedent over the policy stated here. We will of course inform you clearly and completely if this is the case with your booking.

If you cancel:

+14 Days before requested arrival date
No Cancellation Fee

13 - 7 Days before requested arrival date
There is a 5% administration charge

6 - 3 Days before requested arrival date
There is a cancellation fee of one night

2 - 0 Days before requested arrival date
There is a cancellation fee of 3 days.

Some hotels have policies that are not the same as the above table and therefore it is in your interest to pay very careful attention to any information we pass on to you about this matter if you think that these policies may apply to your booking

If you do not wish to keep a reservation YOU MUST:
Cancel by sending us an e-mail with the word "CANCEL" in the subject line and quoting the hotel name and relevant dates.

Failure to do so will result in you being subject to the conditions described above so it is imperative that you let us know as early as possible.

Extension of stay:
Be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of your stay. If you do need to extend your booking after arrival, you will need to contact our Reservations office as the hotel will not offer you these discount prices (Hotel will charge you full walk-in rates).

Shortening your stay:
We would love to be as flexible as we can regarding this issue. However, as an agent, Larnakahotels.com has to abide by the individual hotel policies regarding refunds. Essentially, if the hotel charges you for the nights you cancelled, we do too. If the hotel does not charge you, neither do we and we will refund the amount to you less 5% administration charge. You must cancel the unwanted room nights with us as well as the hotel receptionist or you will not receive your refund if applicable.


No Show (Non-use of reservation):
If, for any reason you don’t utilise your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it, we do not refund any monies pertaining to said booking. The reason for this is that as far as the hotel is concerned the room is booked and they cannot let anyone else occupy it, in case you arrive. Thus the room is held, un-occupied, until they are notified otherwise.

9. Who operates Larnakahotels.com? Can I be sure that I am using a legitimate service?
